1. Definitions

• "KasBook" or "we" — the KasBook AI finance tracking platform operated through kasbook.com and app.kasbook.com
• "User" or "you" — an individual who registers and uses the Service
• "PLUS Plan" — a one-time purchase plan with 30 Million AI Credits
• "PRO Plan" — a one-time purchase plan with 60 Million + 🎁30 Million Bonus AI Credits and BYOK
• "Booster" — add-on AI credit packs (Mini, Standard, Power)
• "BYOK" — Bring Your Own Key, a feature to use your personal API key

2. Service Description

KasBook AI is a web platform (Progressive Web App) for personal and small business finance tracking, powered by Google Gemini AI. Key features include:

• Transaction logging via AI chat (natural language)
• Automatic receipt scanning (OCR Vision)
• Dashboard, reports, and financial analysis
• Multi-account, savings goals, budgets, assets, and debts/receivables
• Team/family collaboration workspaces

3. Plans & Pricing

All plans are one-time purchases. AI Credits included in each plan never expire.

• PLUS — $29.00 USD, 30 Million AI Credits (~600× AI chats)
• PRO — $49.00 USD, 60 Million + 🎁30 Million Bonus AI Credits (~1,800× AI chats), BYOK included

Boosters are available for additional AI credits: Mini (5M, $2.99), Standard (15M, $5.99), Power ⚡ (30M, $9.99). Booster credits also never expire.

4. AI Credits

• AI Credits are consumed when using AI chat, receipt scanning, and other AI features
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed and non-transferable
• Unused credits never expire
• BYOK users consume credits at one-fifth the standard rate (5× more efficient)
• Credit consumption rates may be adjusted with at least 30 days notice

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

• BYOK is available exclusively on the PRO plan
• Users provide their own Google Gemini API key for AI processing
• BYOK usage still consumes KasBook credits, but at a reduced rate (one-fifth of standard)
• KasBook is not responsible for API key security if compromised outside our platform
• Users are responsible for their own API usage costs with Google

6. PRO Founder Edition

1. Limited Availability: The PRO Founder Edition is limited to 200 slots. After all slots are filled, this offer is permanently closed.
2. Lifetime Access: Active as long as KasBook operates at kasbook.com. No expiration date.
3. Feature Updates: Founder users receive all new feature updates at no additional cost.
4. Non-transferable: The plan cannot be transferred to another account.
5. Service Closure: In case of force majeure or regulatory changes requiring service discontinuation, we will provide at least 60 days notice and data export capabilities.

7. Payment

• International payments are processed by Dodo Payments
• Available methods: Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• Your account activates automatically after payment confirmation (usually instant)
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable service fees

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of KasBook AI. If you believe a feature is not working as described on our website, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue first.

8.2. Full Refund (100%)

• Only available if requested within 3 days of payment AND no premium features have been used (0 AI chats, 0 receipt scans, 0 credits consumed)
• Double charges will be refunded automatically

8.3. Non-Refundable

• After any AI credits have been consumed — due to the nature of digital products
• After 3 days from the date of purchase
• Booster purchases (credit top-ups)
• Accounts that violate the Fair Use Policy or Terms of Service

9. Fair Use Policy

9.1. Permitted Use

• Personal or small business financial tracking
• Receipt scanning for legitimate purchases
• Viewing reports and financial analysis
• Using features within allocated quotas

9.2. Prohibited Use

• Using AI services for purposes other than financial tracking
• Scraping, automated requests, or API abuse
• Sharing accounts with multiple users (1 account = 1 user)
• Using the service for illegal activities
• Attempting to bypass quota restrictions by any means

10. Affiliate Program

• The affiliate program is currently available for IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) transactions only
• Users may participate to earn commissions on qualifying IDR purchases made through their affiliate link
• Commissions can be withdrawn to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets
• KasBook reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice
• Self-referral purchases are not eligible for commissions
• Global (USD) affiliate support will be announced in a future update

11. Limitation of Liability

• KasBook is a financial tracking tool — not a substitute for professional financial advice
• AI output is informational and may not always be accurate — always verify important data
• We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on KasBook data or suggestions
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
